Required to cover maternity leave from April 2012 – October 2012 working 36.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday. A colleague to support our Heads of House with the day to day management of students’ welfare and well-being. The colleague appointed will be required to liaise with teachers and other staff to help secure a positive learning environment and ensure all students reach their full potential. The role will involve working with students, parents and outside agencies. The person appointed will have the confidence, experience and personal skills required to manage and prioritise a whole range of responsibilities.

Experience of working with young people is essential. For example you might have experience in schools, youth work or mentoring. The person appointed must have good literacy skills both written and verbal.
