Fixed term for one year due to funding.
We have a vacancy for a PCV Driver Attendant based at Stockholm Road Depot driving customer groups from home to schools, Day Services and respite units throughout the city.
We are looking to recruit someone who is enthusiastic and committed to providing a front line service to all customer groups. The ideal candidate will be someone who has knowledge of Transport policies and procedures and be a good communicator. You must possess the skills to be sympathetic and sensitive when required. You will be expected to work as part of a team delivering the service to a high standard, and should be able to use own initiative when dealing with challenging situations.
Applications are invited from individuals who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and perform to safe standards of working within the working day.
You will also be expected to liaise with all relevant stakeholders when required.
This is a temporary position and training will be provided.
