We need an experienced Performance Data Manager to manage a small team of three people dealing with children’s social care data.

The ideal candidate will:
• have high level knowledge of writing reports in SQL
• be able to effectively manage a small team and dealing with challenging deadlines
• have had experience of managing projects
• be able to present technical information in a clear and easily understood manner
• have a good understanding of statistical techniques
• be a good communicator
• be able to deal with highly confidential data.

Experience of working within social care and/or local or central government is desirable.
