Location:Based in North Somerset 

We are seeking a Social Worker, to work in the adult care team based in Weston-super-Mare and across North Somerset.

Duties include assessing and arranging services for adults, who are experiencing problems relating to ageing, physical/sensory impairment and other serious health and social care problems. Applicants need to be qualified social workers, ideally with experience in care management process.

These teams are well established and supportive and are committed to multidisciplinary working with health, housing voluntary and private agencies. As an employer we are committed to ongoing professional development and offer a wide range of training opportunities to support this.
