That’s why we need someone who can contribute to strategic planning and the overall improvement of our safeguarding performance in Hounslow. This senior role will see you reporting to the Head of Child Protection & Safeguarding to help shape our Child Protection Services and also working closely with other Planning and Performance Officers and Data Analysts.
Your remit will include the development of performance monitoring tools, data analysis and a research and policy focus, thematic audits, supporting inspection processes, service design and cross-departmental partnership working. We will need you to provide statistical and other information to support management decision making in the department.
Articulate and ambitious, with an analytical mind, you will bring a proven track record in a social care, planning or information management role, ideally within children’s services. Experience of data analysis, strategic planning and reporting and knowledge of case management systems will be essential. A relevant degree or social work qualification would be desirable or equivalent relevant work experience. Your IT skills will include Word, Microsoft Excel and databases.
