We need a Planner working as a more junior member in a busy Minerals and Waste and County Development Team with a varied caseload ranging from minor to complex proposals. You will be based in Kingston upon Thames with good access to London and Surrey.
You will have responsibility for a varied caseload of planning applications, working as part of a friendly, supportive and well-motivated team. You will preferably have recent and relevant experience of mineral and waste related development proposals. Your work will bring you into contact with a wide range of individuals including applicants, Consultants, the Public, Councillors and other Officers of the Council.
For this role, you will need to be educated to Degree level, with or working towards a relevant professional qualification.
