Location:Woking 

We are seeking a new Planning Officer who will assist the Development Enabling Manager in all aspects of the work of the Development Control Section. The Council places great emphasis on providing an effective and efficient service to the customer and is also strongly committed to environmental initiatives.

Duties in Development Control will include processing a range of planning applications, appeals and dealing with general queries, reporting to the Development Enabling Manager and Area Team Supervisor.

Our new Planning Officer will have some previous experience of dealing with planning applications and will be educated to degree level in a relevant field.
