This exciting new role will manage the Policy Team with primary responsibility for delivering and developing efficient and effective corporate planning, performance and risk management, equalities and emergency planning activities.
In addition to maintaining quality services, many of which are in the top quartile, the authority has recently changed from a ‘fourth option’ to an ‘executive model’ and restructured the Strategic Management Team. We have commenced an extensive change management process.
As well as developing corporate policy and the performance and risk management processes you will manage the development of equalities across our services. You will also manage the Corporate Assessment and Inspection activity for the Council.
