Post Adoption Contact Co-ordinator – Children & Young People Services
SO1: £27,945 rising in annual increments to £29,571 pa incl. LW
Lambeth Post Adoption and Special Guardianship Team are recruiting for a person to work as a contact administrator for children and their birth families who are separated by adoption or other permanency arrangements like Special Guardianship Orders.
You will need to create and maintain a protected database and spreadsheet for the Adoption Support Team. This will include maintaining the confidential Letterbox Service and providing general Adoption Support in conjunction with Senior Social Workers, Team Managers and Deputy Team Managers. You will also need to provide support to birth and adoptive families regarding Post Adoption or Special Guardianship Contact and to co-ordinate direct and indirect contact.
