Premises Management Officer

Salary:£15,153 - £21,412 dependant on experience 

Hours:37 hours per week 

Working pattern:Full Time, Permanent position 

Location:Origin 2, Origin Way, Europarc, Grimsby

The post holder will be a member of a small team responsible for the management of the council’s corporate property portfolio.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating operational delivery of premises management related activities. Your duties will vary but will include delivery of: -
" building maintenance service(reactive and proactive),
" premises / operational health & safety,
" space utilisation & building ergonomics,
" relocation of staff, fit outs and
" project management including risk management.
You will work with people from all council directorates and the care trust plus including close liaison with strategic asset managers, building surveyors/engineers and valuation colleagues.
The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills with an appetite for working in a challenging and rewarding environment.
Appropriate experience will be valued as much as qualifications.
