St Matthew Academy is a dynamic and diverse Roman Catholic school for boys and girls aged 3 – 16. We are a specialist enterprise academy in state of the art buildings in a vibrant area of south-east London.

We wish to appoint a skilled, caring and emotionally literate Learning Mentor to work with children in our primary phase. The successful candidate will also manage our before and after school clubs and must have experience running such a set-up.

• a commitment to children’s emotional wellbeing

• the ability to provide care, stability and support for vulnerable pupils

• the skills to be a strong team member

• multi-agency experience

• a proven track record of affecting change.

The successful candidate will be educated to level 3.

Salary details and further information

This post is term-time only, and attracts a equivalent to a salary of £22,380-£24,509
