As Principal Facilities Services Manager you will lead the FM operational and services unit within the Asset Management team.
The post holder will focus on the operational management of more than 200 properties of varying complexity and uses including, Town Halls, libraries, offices, residential units, pavilions , Care Trust Plus premises and public conveniences. Your duties will include delivery and development of SLA’s and operational FM contracts such as grounds, cleaning and security.
You will lead a team dedicated to operational facilities services – including Premises Management Officers, caretaking and handyperson services.
You will have proven experience in property / facilities management and will be able to demonstrate previous effective team leadership skills in a similar environment.
Project management and communication skills are essential.
