Design and Property Maintenance
Design and Property Maintenance Section provides the in-house professional service for Derby City Council. We are a multi-discipline office with a large and varied programme of work, particularly in education.
You should preferably be a member of a relevant professional organisation such as CIBSE or ImechE.
You must be a good communicator, understand building practices and have an organised approach to work.
