We are seeking a planner who can demonstrate skills and experience in dealing with applications for major residential and commercial development proposals, and defending decisions at appeal, to join our Major Sites Team. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, committed to providing excellent customer service and able to demonstrate a proactive approach to dealing with development proposals with a clear understanding of current planning legislation and guidance.
