Reducing re-offending in the Thames Valley
You will provide comprehensive reports to the Courts and help to reduce re-offending by working with offenders and contributing to the sentence planning process.
You must hold DipSW, CQSW or Diploma in Probation Studies along with the ability to obtain, analyse and exchange information, as well as an aptitude for examining attitudes, beliefs and behaviour to recognise the difference between individuals in a positive way.
