Reducing re-offending in the Thames Valley
We have 2 vacancies located in our High Wycombe office. One post is within the Substance Misuse team and includes managing Prolific and other Priority Offenders, with a strong emphasis on partnership working. The second post is within the Offender Management team where you will work as a member of an Offender Management Unit, providing services to the courts and other stakeholders and delivering sentence planning.
You must hold DipSW, CQSW or Diploma in Probation Studies along with the ability to obtain, analyse and exchange information, as well as an aptitude for examining attitudes, beliefs and behaviour to recognise the difference between individuals in a positive way.
