Background Information:

HPS (Hyde Property Service) is the Direct Labour Organisation for Hyde in the Hampshire, Sussex and Surrey regions. We deliver an annual programme in excess of GBP 18m with a team of 124 multi skilled trades staff. We cover all aspects of maintenance, planned improvements and services to a social housing stock of over 12,000 homes.

You will be one of 8 Production Team leaders who will jointly manage and develop our direct workforce and support subcontractor network. You will be based in Chichester.

Main Purpose of Role:

Manage and co-ordinate the delegated delivery of the HPS work stream improvement or associated works from inception thorough to handover, ensuring compliance with Health and safety, exceeding resident satisfaction targets and meeting the required quality assurance measures

Plan and co-ordinate works in association with services teams, participating in a single business based approach, offering flexibility when business needs demand and assistance to other HPS team members whenever possible.

Ensure our services have a customer centred approach based on doing the correct work at the right time to agreed budgets and performance measures.

Manage, support and develop the skill of Lead Operatives, trades staff and apprentices.Participate in, and lead if required, regular team or Client meetings.

Key Skills and Minimum Requirements:

- Contract Management

- Performance Management of an in-house workforce

- Analytical

- HND/HNC in Construction

- ILM Level 3

- SMTSTS (Health & Safety)
