It is an exciting time to join North Somerset EPS. It is poised to enter a new era after recent restructuring, and will be working within four multi-agency locality teams, keeping its professional management and identity.

Building on funding which is separate from statements, and a well embedded consultation style of service delivery, this is an interesting time to shape the service in new ways. The new structures give scope for developments such as enhancing multi professional working and developing the application of community psychology.
There are also opportunities to develop links with Exeter, Cardiff and Bristol universities and to promote research within the service.

North Somerset is situated on the West coast, with excellent road and rail links to Bristol, Exeter, Cardiff and London.

This post is exempt under the provisions of the Rehabilitations of Offenders Act (Exceptions) Order 1975 and is subject to an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check.
