We are looking for a full-time, Professional Youth Worker to manage and lead a team of part-time youth workers and volunteers. The successful applicant will be expected to undertake 17.5 hours face to face work with young people, including detached sessions, work in schools and youth/community projects. He/she will also be responsible for the provision of weekend and school holiday activities.

We need a dynamic, practitioner who has at least 2 consecutive years experience of youth work, managing staff, project management, partnership work, managing finances and managing buildings. A full-time JNC professional qualification is essential. You will have a working knowledge of CAF and a sound understanding of current issues and policies impacting on the lives of young people in Bradford.
