The Customer Access Improvement Programme
Adults, Culture, Community & Customer Services
The post will involve working in a team, to completely re-design the way that the Council interacts with customers. Overall success will require effective programme and project management support.
The range of services involved begins with Libraries, Local Service Centres and the contact centre, but will also extend to services that operate behind the front office. It is a challenging programme but will give huge opportunities for personal learning and development.
You will report to the Programme Manager, who reports to the Head of Community & Customer Services, and be expected to support project managers and the programme. You will be happy to work to challenging targets, be well organised and self motivated.
Your tasks will include:
• Providing general administrative support
• Providing necessary support to project managers
• Project management document configuration
• Assisting with stakeholder management
• Arranging meetings and small scale events
