The role

This key role helps to ensure the effective delivery of our investment programme. Working within one of our major works teams you will ensure that our building contractors deliver a consistently high standard of work, within programme, budget and to the satisfaction of our residents.

What we’re looking for
As a Project Co-ordinator overseeing the improvement to our residents homes, you will need good understanding of the principles of financial management and control, including management of capital projects and programmes. You will need to liaise closely with contractors, consultants and residents using a collaborative approach to achieve your aims.The ideal candidate must have previous experience of:
- Project management, tendering and budget processes in a public sector organization.
- Physical and social regeneration of housing estates community involvement and development.
- A detailed knowledge of the Government’s decent homes standard and the stock option appraisal process.
- Knowledge and clear understanding of Health & Safety legislation Construction Design and Management (CDM) and good practice.
- Knowledge and clear understanding of Risk Management.

£35,055 – £37,851 p.a.
