Based within Harrow’s Youth Offending Team, you will develop and oversee a new project to support young people who are at risk of offending or engaging in anti-social behaviour and are particularly vulnerable to radicalisation. You will work alongside front line workers and partners in the statutory, voluntary and community sector to help young people access positive activities.
With experience of working with young people and their families, you will be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the issues facing young people. You will also have skills in partnership
working and in developing and maintaining reporting systems and meeting challenging targets
