Project Lead Coordinator

The successful applicant will participate in promoting ‘in work’ progression of employed individuals with low skills base through the delivery of work related skills training.

This will include working across Yorkshire and the Humber to raise levels of attainment, improve individuals employment status and help individuals move onto undertake higher levels of training.

You will promote and represent the Service widely throughout the area, maintaining productive working relationships with individuals, employers and organisations. The successful person will need to work flexibility in dealing with or diverse client group.

There is also a requirement to use and understand performance related data to ensure all contractual requirements are met. There will be a requirement to work collaboratively across teams and projects and to support their line manager in all aspects of the role.

You must have experience of working with employers and priority sectors within the local area.
