The LGSS Business Change service are looking to recruit a permanent Project Manager working at the forefront of best practice, playing a key role in delivering business change projects that are vital to achieving the vision for change for LGSS, its partners and customers. The Project Manager will define, develop and deliver small to medium scale change projects (<£250k) working closely with stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic motivated individual with extensive experience of delivering business improvement projects which have realised real business change and will relish challenges to continually improve the way we work. Ideally the candidate will have:
• Knowledge of project management concepts and methodologies e.g. PRINCE2
• Experience of managing small to medium sized projects
• Demonstrable experience of leading people and teams.
• Knowledge of ICT capabilities to meet business needs.
Location - please note this post can be based in Northampton at 1 Angel Square, the new purpose built NCC headquarters, or based at Shire Hall in Cambridge.
