Project Manager – 6 months fixed term contract
Join us at an exciting time, having just recruited a new Head of Customer to drive our strategic vision for our customers, we’re looking to enhance our service offering by digitally transforming services and ensuring service provision is customer centric.
Responsible for project managing the council’s Customer relationship management system and associated work streams across the council, you’ll be pivotal to the project’s success.
This is a challenging opportunity; therefore any previous experience managing CRM implementations in a local authority setting would be beneficial. In return, you’ll receive a supportive, open council culture ready for change.
