Project Manager (Development)

We’re looking for a talented individual to manage new development schemes in the Development team. You’ll report to the Senior Project Manger.

You’ll have a ‘can do’ attitude and be experienced in development scheme delivery whilst delivering an excellent customer service to clients. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a track record in delivering schemes on time and to budget.

You’ll:

• Be positive in your outlook and a perennial high achiever working well under pressure.
• Be able to successfully deliver complex housing development schemes on time and to budget.
• Have excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Demonstrate how you value, create and sustain stakeholder and client relations.
