Within Essex there are exciting developments of new extra care housing. We now need to ensure that the services provided into all extra care housing schemes meet the high quality of service delivery that we expect for all service users.
We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to be responsible for conducting a review of extra care schemes in the County. Liaising with a range of both internal and external partners, you will gather and analyse information on current services and make recommendations based on evidence.
You must have experience of conducting reviews and be capable of working with minimal supervision. Knowledge of the current agendas in social housing and social care, coupled with the ability to forge relationships quickly with excellent communication skills, are essential.
