We are looking for a Project Manager to join our small and dynamic Business Improvement Team as we take the lead in driving the improvement agenda at Homes for Haringey. As an organisation we are continuously developing and striving for excellence in all that we do and are looking for people who share that approach.

You will work alongside service leads across a range of areas to provide challenge as well as support. The Business Improvement Team strive to improve delivery and change across the organisation to help meet our key outcomes and targets and are looking for people to join us who share our vision.

You will take a lead on top priority improvement issues, delivering business plan objectives, and use research and best practice to ensure key projects are successfully managed and delivered.

We are looking for someone with previous project manager experience, who can demonstrate the strong communication and relationships skills required to do this job. And can also bring with them different approaches and insights to ensure Homes for Haringey and its residents receive value for money from the services we provide.

Homes for Haringey manages Haringey Council's housing stock of 16,000 tenanted homes and 4,500 leasehold properties. It also has an in-house repairs service (Haringey Repairs Service) which carries out around 60,000 repairs to council homes every year and is also responsible for managing and preventing homelessness in the borough.
