Are you an excellent project manager and good at networking and engaging others in making the most of new initiatives in all aspects of housing?
If so, this could be the secondment opportunity you are looking for… As part of Harrow’s Housing Strategy and Performance team you would play a lead role in:

  • Developing policy in support of Housing Services objectives.
  • Project managing a wide range of projects relating to strategy and policy development, including managing project teams.
  • Co-ordinating consultation, customer engagement and communications for the division.
  • Contributing to other local and sub-regional policies and strategies.
  • Driving forward equalities issues for the division.

You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to interpret and prepare complex documents for a variety of audiences, the ability to think creatively, a willingness to liaise effectively with colleagues, partners and other stakeholders, and of course a good knowledge of housing issues.
