An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the new Humber Local Enterprise Partnership. The post-holder will have responsibility for developing a Skills Plan for the Humber’s two Enterprise Zones, which aim to support major investment by the offshore wind sector.

The postholder will work closely with employers, local authorities and skills providers to oversee the plan’s implementation and ensure effective communication with stakeholders and partners.

We are looking for someone with a good knowledge of skills policy and local provision, experience of working with the private sector and an ability to think creatively.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept applications from any employees who have recently left Hull City Council under the Early Termination of Employment Scheme. Those that left under this scheme are not eligible for re-employment by the Council for a period of 5 years from the date of leaving.
