Project Worker Coordinator

We are currently recruiting a Project Worker Coordinator toco-ordinate and supervise the project workers team and administration staff ofthe Homer Improvement Agency for older, disabled and vulnerable people. Youwill ensure that quality and targets are achieved, and excellent standards andservices are delivered to customers and other stakeholders.

Based at our Offices in Derby, the successful candidate willbe responsible for staff appraisal; developing and managing the performance ofstaff involved with the services so they can function as a cohesive highperforming team achieving targets and standards. You will be responsible forfinancial management by ensuring services are delivered efficiently and costeffectively in accordance with agreed contractual terms. Essential Criteria:

• Up to date knowledge of private sector renewaland local authority grant systems (e.g. Disabled Facility Grant)
• Understanding of the work of Home ImprovementAgencies
• Experience of project management
• Experience of inter-agency and partnershipworking
• Supervision experience
• Competent in the use of software packages suchas Word and Excel
