Big things happen in England’s Northwest – but then you’d expect nothing less in the region that has been surprising the world with its innovation, creativity and ambition for over 200 years. With the 12th largest economy in Europe and a diverse population of nearly 7 million people covering Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire and Cumbria, it’s a place that accepts no limits to what it can achieve.
The Northwest Regional Development Agency is the driving force behind this bigger thinking, leading the region’s regeneration and development. Working with business and government, it is the vital link that works in partnership with the public sector to anticipate and then meet the fast-growing needs of the Northwest’s economy.
