Qualified Social Worker - Children with Disabilities Services (x2)

Run by a specialist team, Harrow’s Children with Disabilities service has a broad range of work that covers care proceedings, looked after children and safeguarding.

There is a high volume of statutory work and every member of the team plays their part in the frontline service. Joining us will give you a widespread and positive influence on outcomes for local children.

You will take on a diverse caseload of children and families – taking responsibility for assessment, planning, monitoring and review functions.

It is an excellent role for career development as you will gain exposure to a range of different service areas. You will be well placed to develop your expertise, before potentially specialising later in your career.

It’s essential that you are a qualified social worker with significant experience in Children and Families work. Knowledge of disabilities work is an advantage, but certainly not essential.

You should have a proven record in user consultation, participation and partnership working.
