Role Description:
The Adult Learning Service at Surrey County Council provides learning to over 10,000 adults in the County and is funded by Adult Learning Safeguarded funding from the LSC. The programme at present is almost all non-accredited courses.

The Service has made excellent progress in terms of quality improvement and growth in learner numbers in the last two years. The post holder is a key member of the senior leadership team of the Adult Learning Service. You will be responsible for building on the good work of the current (retiring) incumbent in driving quality improvement.

We are looking for someone who can modernise curriculum development and ensure we offer a diverse programme that meets the needs of our community.
