Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our established team based in Maidstone.

You will be working as part of the Directorate of Organisational Effectiveness with responsibility for establishing, implementing and maintaining a comprehensive assurance framework through the use of high quality data, analysis and learning from our customers.

As part of this key role you will manage a small team and lead in the management of both the delivery of business process re-engineering projects to enhance the quality of processes within Kent Probation and also external accreditations e.g. ISO, EFQM and IIP. You will also manage Kent Probation’s Information Governance processes and act as the primary designated officer in information sharing.

This role requires a highly motivated individual who has a flexible and positive approach to change, together with a sound knowledge and understanding of current Quality Management Systems and process improvement methodologies such as “Lean” practices, to ensure value for money.
