Introduction

Can you provide a high quality service, supporting the Re-Housing Team? Are you a methodical worker? Do you enjoy working with customers, meeting very tight deadlines and have the confidence to deal with problems on the spot? If so we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team that re-lets all of the Council properties across the City.

Vacancy detail

The successful applicant will demonstrate the following skills:· Ability to work as part of a team and to meet targets

· Ability to use interpersonal and communication skills to achieve targets

· Ability to identify and seek solutions of day to day issues

· Good oral and written communication skills

· Good organisation skills, able to plan and monitor own workload and work within tight timescales under pressure

· Ability to prioritise workload

· Ability to work within a pressurised customer focused service

· Ability to use, input and interrogate IT systems

Contract: Full-time, Permanent – 37 hours per week
