This rewarding role is dedicated to providing care and support to individuals whilst enabling them to maximise their level of independence supporting them to remain in their own homes.

The North West area covers Spelthorne, Ashford and St Peters, Chertsey, Runnymede and Woking.

Through home visits, you will respond to all of the individual’s day-to-day needs; which may include morning routines including personal care, taking medication and mobility around their home. You will assist with daily tasks, while maintaining an overview of their general well being. Your reliable and caring attitude will help promote independence to adults in the community.

An NVQ2 in care or equivalent and/or relevant experience would be advantageous or a willingness to undertake this qualification. Sound literacy skills are essential and an organised, flexible approach to your work is also required. Due to the active nature of this role, a good level of physical mobility is also required.
