With an NCQ 2 in social care or equivalent and experience within care, you will support the START Team, which consists of four busy teams, countywide, providing short-term assessments, rehabilitating adults in Specialist Care Centres, their own homes and the community, in liaison outside agencies. A full driving licence access to a vehicle, a flexible approach and good IT literacy will be essential. This post is subject to enhanced CRB clearance.
