We are seeking to recruit an assertive individual to work as part of a team ensuring a professional customer facing receptionist service at our Tower Road Campus.

You will be required to act as first point of contact for all College callers and visitors, operate the switchboard as well as organising and maintaining the reception area.

You will have excellent customer service skills and possess a professional, confidential and supportive approach. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing with a range of service providers is essential together with the ability to use your own initiative to actively promote the work of the department.

You will be required to work on a Tuesday and Thursday evening from 4.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. for 38 weeks of the year. This role will commence on 27th August 2013.
