Recovery Officer

We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join our Legal Services team. Responsibilities will include assisting with preparation of court papers including witness statements, recovering former tenant arrears and other debts, producing reports and performance indicators.

You will liaise with customers and external agencies and need excellent communication skills. Attention to detail is essential, along with an ability to work using your own initiative and to tight deadlines. PC skills, specifically Word, knowledge of databases and Excel along with skills to produce letters, memos and legal documents are essential as are excellent customer service skills.
