Finance Officer x2

Salary from Scale 6 – SO1 £23,979 – £28,035 p.a.inc.

The Exchequer and Insurance Team are looking to recruit two Finance Officer to support the team deliver Banking, Insurance and Income Tax service to staff, schools and the public. The roles are interlinked and will cover each others duties. Main duties include dealing with customer Insurance Claim against the council, recording statistical data to complete benchmarking returns and other requests for information, contacting banks and other finance organisations to ensure our banking and payment facilities are in place, and support the annual returns for Income Tax matters.

The ability to record information into systems and spreadsheets accurately is of prime importance.
