The Role

These are exciting times to be working in Brent. The Regeneration and Major Projects

department was established in 2010 to co-ordinate regeneration, major projects, property and asset management.

Within this directorate in the Property and Asset Management team is responsible for the

broad range of Brent Council’s property and assets. With day to day management

responsibility and a remit which includes strategic property management.

Brent is looking for two surveyors to join the Strategic Property Team. For one role we would welcome applications from candidates interested in commercial estate management including valuations, the other role may suit someone with an interest in strategic asset planning and disposals.

We welcome candidates with a positive, enthusiastic, go-getting, responsible and professional approach. You may already be a chartered surveyor, a candidate with relevant surveying experience or aspiring to achieve chartered surveyor status.

Salary: £30,396 – £41,613 Including London Weighting (£1,758)
