The Role
We are looking for an experienced leader to review and develop existing CAF systems to fit with the government’s vision for early intervention/early help.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to take a lead role in multi-agency planning across the local authority by developing a strong Common Assessment Framework and single point of access approach so that more children and their families receive a ‘team around the family’ plan without recourse to specialist services. You will also work closely with multi-agency partners to ensure that CAF processes are embedded across organisations and implement a multi-agency training programme focusing on all aspects of CAF, including the lead professional, information sharing and integrated working.
Recruitment Timetable
Closing Date: Thursday, 2nd August 2012
Interview on week commencing Monday, 20th August 2012
Closing Date Extended to: Thursday, 9th August 2012
