We are currently recruiting to the following fixed-term roles and are looking for Lawyers who can make a significant contribution to Legal Services and the Council and can demonstrate self-motivation, flexibility and a broad perspective. For all roles, experience in Local Government would be an advantage.
We are now looking to recruit a person who can demonstrate experience of working on specific elements of regeneration projects at a strategic level covering the following areas: Planning, LDF / Core Strategies, Land Transactions, Sales & Acquisitions, and CPOs, Housing. The successful candidates will have experience of working in these areas at a senior level and will have other relevant property and planning experience in order to be the technical expert in this field within the project.

The standard process is for posts to be advertised on the Councils redeployment and internal site concurrently, however those members of staff that are at risk of redundancy and on the Council’s redeployment register will be considered first.

£36,072 - £41,943 with up to 10% PRP depending on performance
