Regional HR Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team at Circle for an 11 month fixed term contract. The key purpose of the role is to act as a Strategic Business Partner within Circle Housing Group to develop and influence behaviours and HR strategy consistently across the group. This role will work closely with the Business Transformation team to assist in delivering the detail behind the Group’s ten year Vision; thereby ensuring that Circle is well positioned for the challenges ahead.

It is essential the successful person has Substantial knowledge of HR Management including employee relations, working with diverse stakeholders, working in a regional model and change management experience.
