Regional Repairs Manager

We are currently seeking a Regional Repairs Manager to be responsible for leading and developing an effective, efficient and comprehensive Responsive Repairs Service that provides an exceptional customer service to one region of the business.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

· An experienced senior manager, with a track record of leading multiple teams in a performance driven environment
· Experience of managing repair and maintenance work across multiple disciplines
· Customer service experience and able to demonstrate a track record of running a
function highly regarded by its customers and other stakeholders
· Articulate with strong communication and presentation skills
· Competent budgeting and business planning skills with experience of contract
management.
· Strong working knowledge of the CDM, Asbestos and all other regulations relating
to the delivery of maintenance work.
· Experience of planning and delivering complex maintenance work.
· Good communication and presentation skills
· IT skills – a good working knowledge of Word and high level and experience of
Excel and familiarity with spreadsheets and formula
· Flexible availability with the ability to attend meetings/events at evenings and
weekends as required.
· Available for regular travel to other MHP business location

Hours: 35 per week (full time)
Salary: £40,900 – £47,700 per annum
