Rehabilitation Assistant Manager

The Intermediate Care Service is an integrated Health and Social Care Team and forms part of the Community Health Services within the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and NHS Richmond. The service aims to promote independence and assist people to stay at home, keeping hospital admissions to a minimum, by delivering rapid and responsive holistic care and rehabilitation packages at home or in our intermediate care beds.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our already established dedicated team. You will need good interpersonal skills, have previous experience of managing a team of Rehabilitation Assistants or Domiciliary Care staff, ensuring the provision of an efficient and effective home care service, have a hands on approach and must enjoy working within a team. In return you will be supported in your professional development through regular Individual Development Review and in house training, developing skills across all the professions within the team.
