Relief Senior Care Workers

We are seeking Relief Senior Care Workers to assist the Care Home Manager in delivering an outstanding service to our residents.

Your duties will include supporting the managers in the day to day running of the home, supervising staff and providing personal care to residents. You’ll monitor and assess the changing needs of our residents and have experience in caring for older people including those with dementia.

You will develop, review and update care plans to meet our clients changing physical and social needs, arrange rotas and maintain crucial records relating to residents procedures, as well as assist residents with personal hygiene such as toileting & bathing

Enthusiastic, with good IT and communication skills, you’ll enjoy working in a diverse team. You’ll be a strong individual with good leadership skills, flexible in your way of working, as the role requires you to work shifts.
