Resident Communications Manager

A proven ability to manage others and suppliers as well as excellent writing and IT skills is essential. Working as part of the Resident Involvement and Community Development department you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a proven track record of developing communication strategy and policy and procedure. You will be responsible for leading the service towards excellent standards by effective partnership working with residents and the delivery of various resident communications including newsletters, annual report and utilising social media.

You will have significant experience within a communication environment and have an understanding of a Housing Association coupled with a keen interest and understanding of how technology can be used to create efficiency and effective communication materials.
