Housing Concierge

We are currently looking for Housing Concierge in Basingstoke with additional cover to schemes in Hampshire/Surrey. Your main responsibilities will include providing an intensive housing management and concierge service to meet the needs of residents living in retirement housing and support the maintenance and security of the buildings. Monitoring contracts and services, general building and estate management thus providing a focused service to residents living in retirement housing.

The role will require you to develop and maintain constructive relationships with residents, partners, service providers and any one from the wider community that is involved with the retirement scheme.

A full driving license, car and CRB check are all essential for this role.
